Industrial Audit – Review of employment contracts, workplace policy and procedure and existing human resource services. This service is offered either remotely (with documents emailed or uploaded) or with a consultation and inspection at your place of business.

Shadow Guidance – Attendance in the workplace to supervise and guide staff through HR processes, including performance and disciplinary management, grievances, requests for flexible workplace arrangements, discrimination complaints and related workplace investigations.

Ghost Writing – Advisory and drafting guidance for management and HR staff, including review of draft correspondence.

Independent Investigations - Conduct of misconduct and grievance investigations, including fact finding, identification and execution of preliminary informal resolution opportunities, collation and assessment of evidence, and preparation of a workplace investigation report with findings and recommendations.

Drafting Services – Review or preparation of employment documents, including employment contracts and policies.

Workplace Training – Standard or tailored training on performance management, disciplinary process and procedure, grievance management and appropriate workplace behaviour.

Touch base consulting – General advisory work, offering independent opinion on workplace strategy and employee management. Get a response to day to day queries over the phone.
