About Us
Welcome to Thrive Workplace Consulting & Legal
Thrive Workplace Consulting & Legal focuses on practical advice that is tailored to its clients. Our advice is realistic about the impact that litigation can have on all parties. We provide workplace consulting in an IR/HR and employee management capacity. We can then supplement with legal services as and when required.
The emphasis at this practice is to identify and implement a practical and swift resolution to matters, including non-legal solutions where possible. In all aspects of employment law, the management of legal issues should be secondary to the management of human behaviour and regulatory compliance.
We can provide initial guidance regarding a workplace issue, all the way through to litigation where necessary. Our staff are located in Queensland and New South Wales. We have offices in east coast capital cities and can provide services nationally.
